1. Defect detection algorithm based on complex convolutional neural network. Its characteristics only require a very small number of negative samples, the amount of labeling is very small, the generalization ability is very strong, and the shortest reasoning time is only 0.85ms. It is very suitable for on-line defect detection occasions of various industrial products.
2. Our AI contrast detection algorithm is based on deep learning. Its characteristic is that there is no need for standard template patterns, even if the sample patterns are produced, the field deployment speed is fast, and the overall jitter tolerance rate of the pattern is large, and the misjudgment rate is 30% lower than other similar products.
3. Our AI sorting algorithm is based on deep learning. Its characteristic is that it does not require any labeling, and only loads the sample directly according to the predetermined classification for model training, which greatly reduces the classification deviation caused by the difference of labeling level or subjective awareness, and the accuracy rate is 40% higher than other similar products.
4. The artificial intelligence cloud training platform is based on the B/S architecture. On-site users do not need to install any software. After remotely logging in to the system with an authorized account, the equipment will collect images in a fixed process for the last system training without occupying on-site equipment and computing resources.
